And I don't just mean women, but the Feminine energy in the world.
Even if they haven't all clicked yet, men have been as affected by it as we have... which is why relationships are in so much flux.
Don't get me wrong, it's a crazy, exciting time, to literally be the ones here to birth a new age and set the foundations for the coming generations, but wow, is there a lot to sort out.
And the teeny tiny problem?
We are conditioned and coded from the inside out by the very world and belief systems that we now need to change.
And it's not pretty.
In the words of Einstein, 'you can't solve a problem with the same thinking that you created it'.
So how do we truly break free?
It took my seemingly-perfect life to fall apart to find the answer to this question.
It was 2016, and I found myself in Bali in my very own version of Eat, Love, Pray. Have you ever found yourself in the magic dark, where it feels like you are broken and there’s no quick fix?
A big relationship ending, an abortion, moving country and my dog dying were the tipping point for a deeper yearning for more purpose to my life. As a top scholar at school and graduate of Oxford University, I’d always been driven by this burning desire to fulfil my potential, even if I didn’t know what that meant. And while my career as a globe-trotting travel writer seemed like the perfect life to most, inside I felt empty, burnt-out and lost. And now, heartbroken too…
Deep down, I knew that I needed to get to the root of what happened and how I felt. So that I didn’t have to go through such a car-crash again. So the same patterns wouldn’t keep repeating. So that I was better resourced.
So that I could be the woman I came here to be.
It was then that I dove deep into studying and training in ancient wisdom, energy techniques and cutting-edge neuroscience to find the most effective way to heal our trauma and upgrade our coding...

Let me clear a few things up...
- Your subconscious patterns holds the key to your transformation. It is what governs 90% of your experience of reality.
- Your primal brain is part of your subconscious and it is where you fears and gifts lie (and hidden under it all... your goddess consciousness)
- Your beliefs are inherited from you family, society and past-lives, and then reinforced by your experiences in life till they become 'normal' for you.
- When we focus first on working with your coding, it means change can happen with ease and grace, rather than struggle and self-sabotage, because your subconscious holds the key.
- BUT... this alone isn't always enough. We are feeling, emotional beings right?! So it is when we move these changes through the body, through energy and somatic practices, that we enable the limbic and nervous system to join in the party. Woohooo!

Exploited, feared, disconnected, sold, reduced from being the highest connection and love between humans, to an exchange, a commodity. Yet, the greatest secret is that our sexuality also holds the key to our magic, and our healing. When you work with honouring and re-patterning your sexual energy and beliefs around sex, everything shifts and your life breathes with joy and freedom.
