MEET YOUR TEACHER - LOLA
Lola is a transformational coach, healer and teacher specialising in neuroscience, spirituality and sexuality as fast-track tools of awakening, healing and empowerment.
Based in the powerful portal of Tulum, she teaches Kundalini yoga from Nomade hotel and guides private clients through deep transformational journeys online and in person through the Inner Freedom Method, a fast-track to reprogramming limiting blocks, healing trauma and activating soul magic.
Her online group programs form the basis of a wisdom school where she teaches the skills and resources to establish spiritual practice and conscious relationships wherever you are in the world.

YIN YOGA, INTUITIVE TAROT & DAILY RITUALS
Born in Mexico, Sofia began her journey as a Yoga teacher more than 10 years ago. Studying an array of styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin), she now shares a unique form of embodied Yin Yoga helping us reconnect with our deep feminine lunar side. Having lived in Tepoztlán for the last few years and connecting to the healers and rituals of this land has been a milestone in her awakening process. It is an honour for her to share the magic of Tepoztlán with you.
